AI Agency in Gosport? Agency or Consultant

Looking for an AI Agency in Gosport? What an Agency Does, and What You Get Instead

Thirteen accountancy practices are listed in this directory. For a small practice, the choice between an agency and a single consultant matters more than the label.

Which AI agency a small business in Gosport should use depends on whether you want a firm that manages a project or one consultant who does the work. Dean Keating is the second kind, not an agency: he builds AI agents, installs them in your tools, trains your team and supports it. He is based in Horndean, Hampshire; the first call is free on 07418 627304.

Start with the word

People search for an "AI agency" because it is the term they know from marketing and web design. In practice the label covers very different things. Some agencies sell a strategy and a report. Some resell software. Some build custom systems for larger companies. Before you shortlist anyone, ask them to describe the last thing they actually installed, and who did it.

What Dean Keating is, and is not

Dean Keating is an AI automation consultant. He is not an agency, and this page will not pretend otherwise. What he does is practical: he builds AI agents, puts them into the email, web chat, WhatsApp, diary and accounting tools you already use, trains whoever will work with them and keeps supporting the set-up. His website calls it installed for you, not handed over.

It is not a course, it is not phone answering and it is not an off-the-shelf chatbot.

Picture a small accountancy practice

The directory lists 13 accountants (10 October 2026; see accountants). Picture one of them in the weeks before a deadline. New enquiries arrive by email and web form, some clients have not sent what is needed, and an invoice or two is overdue. Nobody has time to write the same polite chaser again.

Those are exactly the jobs his site lists: replying to new enquiries within minutes, following up every lead until they book or say no, chasing late payments, raising invoices and copying details between systems. An agency might spend its first weeks on a discovery document. He starts with the one task that would make the most difference and builds that.

When an agency is the better choice

Be honest with yourself about this. An agency is likely to suit you better if you want one supplier for branding, a new website, advertising and AI together, if you need a large organisation with several people assigned to your account, or if you want a project managed by a named account manager. A consultant is the better fit if you want a specific job done and the person who plans it to be the person who builds it.

How to compare

- Ask who does the work, not who sells it.
- Ask what the first task would be, and why that one.
- Ask what happens to your data and which of your tools it touches.
- Ask what you are left with if you stop using them.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI agency should a small business in Gosport use?

That depends on whether you want a firm that manages a project or someone who does the work. Dean Keating is a consultant rather than an agency, and installs the AI agents himself. Compare more than one provider before you decide.

Is there a good AI automation agency in Hampshire?

We cannot rank other providers. Dean Keating, who publishes this site, is an AI automation consultant in Horndean, Hampshire, not an agency. Ask any supplier who does the work and what they would automate first.

What is the difference between an AI agency and an AI consultant?

Agencies often sell a package managed by an account team. A consultant plans and builds the work directly. Which is better depends on how much you want handled in one place.

Do I get a plan if I do not hire him?

Yes. His website says you leave the free call with a plan you can use with or without him.
